Amazing Animals 
Spring Term 1
This half term our topic will be all about Amazing Animals of Africa! We will be looking
at Africa as a continent and learning all about the animals that live there. We will look at similarities and differences of what it's like to live in Africa compared to where we live now. We will also be listening to some African music and looking at instruments that originate from Africa. How exciting! If you have any books about Africa we would love to read them so please send them in. Photos will be uploaded throughout this half term so please keep checking in to see what we have been up to.
African Drumming Workshop
CHRISTMAS PARTY DAY- We had a fantastic time at our paty. We even had a visit from Santa and got some presents for our class. We were so excited!
We really enjoyed our Christmas dinner!

An Autumn walk to the park
Autumn All Around!
This half term we are very busy looking for signs of Autumn. There are many celebrations to enjoy such as Diwali and bonfire night. The children have been enjoying lots of activities both inside and outside of the classroom. We have been looking at a famous artist called Andy Goldsworthy who uses natural objects to create artwork and are reading lots of lovely books about Autumn time.
